01. Services

We specialize in professional 3D services including 3D modeling, architectural visualization, product rendering, 3D animation, character design, texturing, NFT/3D asset creation, game-ready models, and visual effects.

• All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

• We maintain the right to refuse any project that includes illegal, abusive, or unethical content.

• Estimated timelines are shared before work begins but may be adjusted depending on revisions, rendering complexity, client response time, or added requirements.

• Deliverables may include rendered images, video animations, 3D source files, or exported formats (FBX, OBJ, GLB, etc.) as agreed in the project scope.

• Post-delivery support or minor format conversions may be provided based on mutual agreement.

02. User Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients must:

• Provide clear instructions, reference images, brand guidelines, dimensions, sample models, or required assets before production.

• Verify all details in briefs, previews, or drafts shared during the workflow.

• Ensure uploaded files are virus-free, legal to use, and owned or licensed by the client.

• Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid delays.

• Understand that failure to provide required materials or approvals may result in timeline extensions.

We are not responsible for:

• Output errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the client.

• Project delays due to unresponsive communication from the client side.

03. Payments & Refunds

Payments must be completed 100% upfront or in milestone format depending on the agreement.

• Work begins only after payment confirmation.

• Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The project is canceled before production begins, or

  • The final delivery does not meet the agreed project scope and cannot be resolved through revisions.

• Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The client changes the brief mid-production,

  • The client approved drafts but rejected the final output,

  • Delays are caused by client responsibilities,

  • The project is completed and delivered as promised.

• Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in legal action and permanent service restriction.

04. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of the final 3D deliverables.

• We retain the right to display completed work in:

  • Our website portfolio,

  • Social media pages,

  • Showreels,

  • Case studies,

  • Promotional materials.

05. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, DDoS, reverse engineering, scraping, or data mining.

• Copy, redistribute, or claim any website content (text, images, 3D visuals) as their own.

• Upload harmful files including malware, scripts, or corrupted 3D assets intended to damage the site or servers.

• Use the website for illegal communication or fraudulent activities.

Violations may result in:

• Immediate blocking of user access,

• Reporting to authorities,

• Permanent blacklisting from future services.

06. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, accidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, profit, data, or reputation after project delivery.

• We ensure high-quality output, but clients must request revisions within the agreed revision window (typically 7–14 days unless otherwise stated).

• Additional revision requests outside scope may include extra charges.

• In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through:

  • Discussion,

  • Revision,

  • Partial delivery adjustment,

  • Or project cancellation (if applicable).

Legal claims, if required, will fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh.
